IMPORTANT
When you make a purchase from endtackle.com, bait4carp.com, matchtackle.com or Shortferry Angling you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions of Sale. (Your statutory customer rights are not affected).

DEFINITIONS
"endtackle.com", "bait4carp.com", "matchtackle.com" & "Shortferry Angling" means RT Hardman & Partners trading as "Shortferry Angling" of Ferry Road, Fiskerton, Lincoln, LN3 4HU, UK.
"Customer" or "you" means the person or company who place an order via the website to purchase any of the products.
"Products" means the products offered for sale by Shortferry Angling via the website.
"The Website" means "Shortferry Angling"

1. GENERAL
These terms and conditions are applicable to the supply of all Products by Shortferry Angling, to the Customer. All other terms and conditions, express or implied by statute or otherwise, are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

2. PRICE
2.1 Prices are quoted in £ sterling (and are inclusive of VAT), unless otherwise specified.
2.2 All prices are exclusive of postage and packing, unless otherwise stated.
2.3 VAT (if applicable) and carriage (if applicable) are added to your order prior to purchase. You will be given the total price of the transaction including any VAT and carriage before you complete your order. There are no hidden costs. VAT is included in your order price.
2.4 Prices are correct at time of order but we do however reserve the right to change prices without prior notice subject to errors, omissions and exclusions.

3. PAYMENT
3.1 Payments must be made in £ Sterling only, unless otherwise specified using any of the cards shown. When you have completed your selections you are automatically transferred to a choice of secure server: Worldpay, PayPal or Able2Buy. Please read the terms & conditions for your chosen selection of secure server on their payment page.
3.2 After placing an order the Customer will receive an e-mail confirmation of order for the purchase from our website.
3.3 Orders will only be dispatched if Shortferry Angling has received payment from one of the secure payments.

4. YOUR ORDER & DELIVERY
4.1 When in stock, items are dispatched within 24 hours and sent Royal Class Royal Mail. Post and packaging is free for endtackle.com and matchtackle.com, whilst some items on bait4carp and Shortferry Angling incur a postage charge, which guarantees next day delivery.
4.2 Most products are delivered within 1-5 working days. Occasionally due to postal delays this can take longer. We have to allow up to 14 days before we are able to start tracing lost parcels. Unfortunately we cannot do anything for you until this time has expired. If you do not receive your parcel within this period, please contact us so we can help retrieve your order. We apologise for any delay.
4.3 In the event of faulty or damaged goods, please call us on 01526 399998 or email us at returns@shortferry.co.uk with your order number, description of goods, and nature of the fault. FAULTY GOODS MUST BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 7 DAYS AND RETURNED WITHIN 28 DAYS. We will arrange for either a replacement or a refund to your credit card. If you have any problems, please do not hesitate to contact us.

5. RETURNS
5.1 If an item is faulty or an error made by us then we will refund your postage when you have to return an item as long as the return is accompanied by a valid postage receipt.
5.2 We will not refund postage if an item is returned and is not faulty or sent as an error made by us.
5.3 We recommended that you use Recorded Delivery when returning items so you are able to track an item if we have not received it.
5.4 Please allow up to 14 days for us to refund your credit card.

6. CANCELLATION
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
The item ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers. If we do cancel the order we will notify you by email and will refund your credit as soon as possible, but in any event, within 30 days of your order.
We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

7. EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL
We shall have no liability for any failure to deliver your order, or any delay in doing so, or for any damage or defect to goods delivered, caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.

8. OUR SERVICE
Our web sites facilitate a quick and convenient way to order tackle and bait over the internet. We reserve the right to change items at any time, without notice, or as they may be modified from time to time. Amendments will take effect when posted on our web sites, however, the terms current at the start of a particular transaction will apply until the transaction is complete.

9. INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE
Your grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty free licence to use any information you provide us (i.e. Mailing list). Such information shall be legal, decent, honest and truthful, shall not infringe any third party's rights, shall not contain any computer viruses or other malicious computer programming routines, and shall not link to any other web sites. 10. SECURITY
We use third party services to secure and protect your credit card information. However, any losses incurred or sustained by you in transmitting information shall be borne solely and exclusively by you and in no event shall any losses in whole or part be borne by our representatives or us. If you are using a public computer you must sign out in accordance with their procedures when finished.

11. AVAILABILITY OF WEBSITE
Whilst we endeavour to make our web sites available at all times, we cannot guarantee that they will operate continuously or without interruptions from time to time.

12. SUBSTITUTION POLICY
If, for any reason, we are unable to supply any item you have ordered, we will supply a substitute product of similar specification, and of similar or greater value. If your prefer to wait for your product to be re-stocked, or wish to have a refund on any out-of-stock products, please un-check the Substitution Policy box when placing your order.

13. PRIVACY POLICY
endtackle.com, bait4carp.com, matchtackle.com & Shortferry Angling is committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customers while providing the highest possible quality of service. We only use the information that we collect about you lawfully, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, and will not pass on any customer information to third parties.
Cookies are used on our site. They are needed to allow us to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, without this our store simply would not work. When you order online your email address will be added to our mailing list, from which we inform our customers about latest products and special offers. You can unsubscribe from this mailing list at any time.

14. GOVERNING LAW
The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us. English law to include Data Protection Act 1998, and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
