Terms & Conditions 2023

Check in time is 3pm. Check out by 12pm

Early and Late arrivals must be booked in advance and are at a cost of £8.00.

No early arrivals before 10am.

Late Departures by 5pm.

The price includes up to 4 people, 2 dogs, 1 car, awning and electric.

Additional cars will be subject to a £10.00 per booking.

Maximum of 2 cars.

Additional guests are chargeable at £10.00 per night and must be booked prior to arrival.

Please note the number of occupants cannot exceed the number of berths.

All arrivals must check in at reception.

We do not accommodate day visitors.

Swimming Pool/ Entertainment passes are allocated at reception on arrival. You will be asked to produce these. Lost passes will be charged

Please do not go straight down to the pitches unless by prior arrangement. If you select a pitch that has not been allocated to your party, you may be asked to move.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your pitch allocation we will do our best to resolve the situation.

We do not except tents/trailer tents on site.

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate American motor homes.

In the event of cancellation or early departure we regret we are unable to give any refunds.

All bookings are due to be paid in full 2 weeks prior to arrival.

The office opening hours are 9am-1pm, 2pm-5pm.

If you plan to arrive outside these hours then you must call the office to make arrangements.

No arrivals after 7pm

Tourers must park on their allocated pitches for the duration of their stay.

Please park responsibly and do not block others access or pitches.

Do not park cars on vacant pitches

The speed limit is 5mph and must be adhered to at all times within the park.

No stag, hen parties or groups of under 18s

Pitches must be kept clean and tidy at all times.

Do not leave rubbish outside and use the bins provided.

Please be considerate to others and keep wind brakes and awnings within your own pitch.

As we are not connected to the main sewage system please be aware that we do have tankers coming on and off site to service and empty our tanks. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

Dogs must be kept on leads at all times within the park.

Dog mess must be cleaned up immediately.

Dogs are not allowed in the toilet/shower blocks.

Do not allow children to walk dogs as they cannot be held responsible.

Dogs under the dangerous dog act or that legally have to wear a muzzle are not permitted.

No more than 2 dogs per booking.

Owners that are unable to control their dogs or that do not abide to these rules will be vacate the site.

Underage drinking/smoking is not tolerated on any part of the site or The Tyrwhitt Arms.

Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult in The Tyrwhitt Arms and must be supervised in the same area at all times.

Any BBQ’s or parties must be finished by midnight.

Please be considerate to others and keep noise to a minimum.

Anyone creating a disturbance or whose conduct causes offence will be asked to leave the site immediately, with no refunds given. In case of group bookings all parties will be asked to leave.

Under 18s must not be left unsupervised and parties are not to be held in your absence.

Parents are responsible for the supervision of minors at all times.

Sleeping in cars is prohibited.

Ball games must be played in the specific areas.

All children under 16 must be accompanied in the pool and annex area at all times by a responsible adult.

The uses of anti social toys such as BB guns are not permitted.

Petrol scooters/quads and motorised scooters of any kind are also not allowed.

Bicycles, scooters, segways etc are not permitted to be ridden on site after dusk

Camp fires and generators are not permitted.

The conveniences of the site are for the benefit of all. Use them with care.

Do not allow your children to play in them.

Report any damage to the office or a member of staff.

No gazebos

No fireworks

No Chinese lanterns

Abuse against staff or customers of any kind will not be tolerated and you will be asked to remove your tourer from site immediately with no refunds given.

Caravan owners bring their caravans on site at their own risk. By bringing your caravan on site you accept liability for any accidents to yourselves and or any loss of or damage to your property within the caravan park. It is your responsibility to be fully insured against fire, theft and third party liability.

Completion of booking and/or payment is deemed as acceptance of the terms and conditions of the booking.

All bookings are at the discretion of the management.

Management reserve the right to refuse a booking.
